In compliance with the requirements under the new code on the protection of personal data, we inform you as follows.
The data processing is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, thus protecting your privacy and your rights.
The data given to Marco Lo Russo on the occasion of contractual relations designed for tenders, or in the formation of contractual relations, 
 are subjected to computerized or manual for purposes of:

a) fulfillment related: under civil, tax and accounting, administrative management of the relationship; 
compliance with contractual obligations;
support and information about the services you have acquired;

b) information on future initiatives and announcements of new services by both by the company by our consultants.
The data referred to in paragraph a) are treated by our employees, our employees and our external advisors, if involved in the execution of the mandate given to us. We highlight that the consent to the processing of data for the purposes indicated in point a)
is mandatory and essential for the execution of the mandate given to us.
Conversely, it is optional with regard to the purposes mentioned in paragraph b):
in case of refusal of consent to the latter case, therefore we can not 
to provide information on the developments of our services.

The company ensures that the processing of data carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means will be adequate means to ensure the security and confidentiality. It may include - within the limits and conditions imposed by law no 196/2003 - one or more of the following operations: collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, editing, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction. 
Holder of the data processing is Russo.com Marco Lo, who will use them for the purposes mentioned above.

Against the holder of the treatment is always possible to exercise the rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, reproduced here in full: 

1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. You have the right to obtain information: 
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2 e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of as designated representative in the State, managers or agents. 

3. You have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data
b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which data were collected or subsequently processed; 
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, including their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except where this requirement proves impossible or involves means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 

4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, even to the scope of the collection;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. 

On receipt of this communication information is deemed granted consent to the processing of personal data referred to in paragraph a) without the express manifestation of dissent to be sent in writing.
